What we collect

Only what you type into a form:

• Waitlist: your email address, and which page you submitted it from.
• Pricing interest: your email address and which plan you picked. No payment details — there is no payment processor connected to this site.
• Contact form: your name, email address, the category you picked, and your message.

That's the complete list. There is no account system on this website and nothing is collected in the background.

What we don't collect

• No analytics, no page-view tracking, no session recording, no heatmaps.
• No advertising or marketing cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own at all.
• No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers.
• No profile of you is built, sold, rented, or shared.

Third parties

There are none. Every byte this site loads — the typefaces included — comes from doveboard.com. Open your browser's network panel and you will not see a request to any other host. A privacy-first product whose marketing site loaded a font CDN would be making a promise on one page and breaking it on the same page, so the fonts are served from here.

Hosting infrastructure necessarily processes standard server request logs. We don't use those logs to profile visitors.

Why we hold it

Waitlist addresses exist for one purpose: to tell you when DoveBoard is ready. If you registered interest in a specific plan on the pricing page, the plan you picked is stored alongside your address so we know what to tell you about. Contact form messages exist so we can reply to you. Neither is used for anything else, and neither is added to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

Waitlist addresses are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove yours. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted when it isn't.

Getting your data removed

Email [email protected] and ask. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to prove anything beyond writing from the address in question. We'll confirm when it's done.

A note about DoveBoard itself

This policy covers this website only. DoveBoard the application is self-hosted, which means it runs on your hardware and stores its data there. We have no access to it, receive no telemetry from it, and could not retrieve your data if you asked us to. That's the design.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will be sent by email.
